I often wonder if Jumeirah Beach Road should be renamed Jumeirah Burger Road because it’s absolutely jam packed with Burger outlets. There are some notable places to stop by along the strip with one of them being a slightly newer opening called Lads Burger.
Straight from Santa Fe, the Habit's Dubai debut over in Ibn Batutta Mall is a good one. Great tasting, flavor packed sandwiches, outstanding service and great value for money prices. You really can't go wrong.
This isn’t the first crack Jamie Oliver has had at Dubai. While previous locales have long since vanished, a new, much smaller scaled and ambitioned pizza joint offers a low key return to the city.
Who doesn’t love a Burger and a Lemonade? Everyone seemingly, because the lines are always long at Kite Beach to get your hands on these things oh and there’s Crispy Chicken and Cheetos too.
Applying the smoke of English oak to a range of beef cuts, SMK has created some truly sensational comfort food. The two key things to try here are the Brisket Bun and the dry aged Beef Ribs. Both offer a smokey tenderness that is rarely seen here in Dubai.
When it comes to Mexican, it always seems to be the slightly more hidden away places that get me excited about their food. A classic example is Tortilla, neatly tucked away in an obscure location on level 2 of Festival City, this place is banging out some great Mexican.
So by now it’s pretty clear that I love a good burger and there are many different joints around the city to try. Some a great and some are less so. One joint that is is doing great things is Blaze Burger which is originally from Bahrain.
If you find yourself randomly driving around Sharjah like I did just recently and really need to eat and love Middle Eastern food then you’re in luck, because Aroos Damascus is an amazing place to stop by.

Blink and you'll miss it. Ziggy's Eatery is a tiny little place just near the Balaclava Train Station that has gained cult status for their burgers, wraps and salads. The Talking Fork paid them a visit to see what’s going down.
When it comes to chasing flavors, there's always a few classics to seek out and the eponymous burger is one such item that can’t be ignored. Enter Parlour Diner.
Is there any such thing as a healthy burger? Maybe, maybe not. Anyway, Bareburger over in Festival City is a US import that uses sustainable practices to deliver what they describe as clean-comfort food, which in itself sounds pretty interesting.
